COMO HACER UN BUEN MATE HOW TO MAKE A GOOD MATE

Calentar agua prefiriblemente filtrada, luego colocarla en un termo, te va a garantizar conservar su temperatura estable por mas tiempo. Tenga en cuenta que el agua no debe estar tibia ni dejarse hervir, para tomar “buenos mates” la temperatura del agua aconsejable es  de 70 a 80°C.                         

Vierta yerba dentro del mate hasta alcanzar como maximo las tres cuartas partes del mismo. Tape con una mano la boca del mate, inviértalo y agítelo unos instantes para mezclar bien el blend de la yerba mate.                             

Vuelva el objeto a su posición normal. Cuide que la yerba quede recostada sobre una de las paredes del mate para que se forme un pequeño agujero.

Para INICIAR el mate, coloque agua tibia suavemente en el hueco que quedó en la yerba mate. Iniciar el mate con agua tibia, permitirá que no se queme la yerba y pierda el gusto.  

Deje reposar unos 2 minutos.

Introduzca la bombilla en el hueco húmedo.

Procure no mover la bombilla y cebar siempre en el mismo lugar, que el agua caiga sobre la bombilla, esto permitirá que no moje toda la yerba y así disfrutará más tiempo de unos exquisitos mates.

Take care that the yerba is lying on one of the walls of the mate so that a small hole is formed.

To START the mate, gently pour warm water into the hole left in the yerba mate. Start the mate with warm water, it will allow the yerba not to burn and lose its taste. Let stand about 2 minutes.

Insert the bulb into the wet hole.

Try not to move the straw and always brew in the same place, so that the water falls on the straw, this will allow it not to wet all the yerba and thus you will enjoy some exquisite mate for longer.
